Septimius Severus. 193-211 AD. Tetradrachm, 13.14gg. (12h). Laodicea ad Mare, c. 207-8 AD. Obv: AVT KAI - CEOVHPOC.C - E. Bust laureate, draped right, seen from side. Rx: ÄHMAPX EÎ VÐATOC Ã Eagle standing right, head left, wreath in beak, star between legs. Prieur 1140 (94 spec.). Very beautiful though slightly strange portrait struck in high relief. Mint State.
